Reading the sea from your terrace: how to choose the best beach for the day:

If you see a lot of sea foam near Strombolicchio, avoid the beach directly in front of Casa Erica, as entering the water may be more difficult. If the waves come from the right (hoping not, as this means the Sirocco wind is blowing) or from the left, head towards Ficogrande or Scari Beach for calmer waters.

If the sea is perfectly calm, you’re in luck, you have countless swimming spots to choose from.

Sunsets, moonrises, and the magic of Stromboli

I’ve already mentioned the breathtaking sunsets you can enjoy from this terrace, but the moonrise is just as spectacular. It happens right in front of Casa Erica, painting the sky and sea with incredible colors and reflections.
