The second terrace at Casa Erica is a spacious, panoramic retreat with an unparalleled 180° view of the sea and Strombolicchio. This stunning terrace is reached from the mezzanine floor of the third double bedroom (marked as "CS" on the floor plan). Shaded & Breezy Comfort

A portion of the terrace is covered by a traditional loggia, providing pleasant shade. This makes it perfect for an afternoon nap on the bissuolo (the typical Aeolian masonry bench) or a lounge chair, always refreshed by the gentle breeze that flows through this part of Stromboli.

Sun & Stargazing

The open section of the terrace allows you to sunbathe during the day. At night, it transforms into the perfect spot for stargazing under Stromboli’s mesmerizing sky.

Crowded parties are not allowed. This newly renovated and waterproofed structure is not designed to handle large gatherings, jumping, or dancing. Instead, this is a space for relaxation, contemplation, and intimate moments in nature.
