Casa Erica: a special house for your holidays in Stromboli
Centrally located and sea view
Casa Erica is an ancient typical house of Stromboli with sea view, renovated in the ' 70ies, and never rented before 2014.
The house is perfect for summer holidays or for relaxing breaks from your daily routine: it enjoys a great central location (especially for lazy people) just below the Piazza San Vincenzo, very close to shops, bars, and restaurants, 10-minute walk from the nearest beach (about 400 metres from the house), and half an hour walk from the farthest. Well, if you forget to buy some sugar and you need to pop to the market to get it, you will spend 10 minutes going and coming back (the queue at the market, however, might be another matter).
This beautiful house in Stromboli offers 3 bedrooms and can accomodate up to 6 guests, and eventually an infant in a cot.
The beautiful terrace below with an arbor and a wonderful bouganville is nicely shaded and ideal for a postprandial nap or for a romantic cocktail at dusk.
The kitchen is very large, fresh and furnished with many useful accessories. The bathroom has been completely renovated in 2017 and is veeeery beautiful!
Last but not least, Casa Erica is naturally cool, thanks to its high position which makes it pleasantly breezy, and it is one of the vacation homes in stromboli that’s least affected by mosquitoes.
